Kal Suurkask
CEO
Kal Suurkask boasts has over 20 years of experience in business strategy, sales, and operations.
His career includes several senior executive roles in the technology, renewable energy, and entertainment industries. Kal has held key positions such as Interim CEO and COO of UK-based nChain, a blockchain technology company. He has also been the Chief Commercial Officer of Switzerland and Canada-based TAAL technologies, focusing on expanding the company’s footprint in the technology sector.

Kal has founded, developed and sold numerous successful ventures.​​ In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Kal is an award-winning public speaker. Kal has been featured in various news publications and television documentaries covering topics such as blockchain technology, sales, and leadership.
Kal holds a B.A. degree from the University of Western Ontario. In 2011-2012, he was selected as one of 16 emerging leaders for the prestigious Action Canada Fellowship.

Jonathan Ouellet
Advisor (Technology)
With a decade of experience leading sales and marketing teams at Oracle, Jonathan Ouellet has a proven track record of exceeding revenue and retention goals, developing strategic partnerships, and driving innovation and growth in both B2C and B2B environments.
Jonathan's core competencies include enterprise applications, cloud computing, e-commerce, business intelligence, and online marketing. He is certified in the Challenger Sales methodology, which enabled him to create value for clients and differentiate Oracle from its competition.
​Jonathan holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of British Columbia.
Patrick Soares
Advisor
Patrick Soares is a retired industry veteran with a distinguished career in mining and exploration.
He served as President and CEO of Foran Mining Corporation and was a member of the Board of Directors from November 2010 until September 2020. Previously, he led Brett Resources Inc. as President and CEO until its acquisition by Osisko Mining Corp. in May 2010.

Patrick's career began in 1983 as an exploration and mining geologist in northern Canada. He later transitioned to roles in investor relations and corporate development, holding key positions at Sutton Resources Ltd., EuroZinc Mining Corp., and Aurizon Mines Ltd.
Patrick holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) from the University of British Columbia and is a Professional Geoscientist (retired) with APEGBC.
Currently, Patrick serves as an investor and advisor to various companies, leveraging his extensive experience to guide new ventures. He was previously the Chairman of SnipGold Corp.
